1.How many types of sensors are there available?
Generally 2 types,one for bumper surface attached ,another is for drilling in bumper.
2.Does the sensors work under severe bad weather and temperatures?
Yes ,the sensor shall work under -45°C degrees minus and +85°C degree plus.Some models even have water-proof function.
3.How long does it take a technician to install the parking system?
The parking system is reasonablely designed for easy installation,it takes a technician 40 minutes to finish the installation.
4.Will the alarm system disturb people when surrounding is very noisy or there is a thunder storm?
No,this occurance shall not happen because you can change the setting of the alarm shocking sensor,you may turn the button to low sensitivity to avoid wasteful disturbance.Or you can change the setting by operating the transmitters to EMERGENCY OVERRIDE function ,this way you could avoid usless annoyance during car washing /repair/decoration or regular maintanence.
5.If two of my transmitters for alarm all are lost ,what shall I do ?
We shall provide you with new replacements ,the alarm system is using the learning code system ,you can learn and re-activate the new transmitters yourself.When you lost your transmitters ,strongly recommend you to watch your car carefully and change your car lock or have the new transmitters immediately.After you use the new transmitters the lost ones shall not work for your car anymore.because via learning, the old password has been changed.
6.Can the GSM alarm system be used as mobile phone?
Yes,the GSM alarm system needs a SIM card there to support the system ,itself is a mobile phone .You can have a speaker in your car then you can use it as cellular phone freely.
7.Where can I buy a GPS map for my GPS system?
You can buy a map when you buy your GPS system simultaneously,if you have GPS but no map ,pls turn to the local GPS network provider They shall give you advices.
8 .What does your company do to support the after sales service?
All the 3A-AUTO products deserve 12 months warranty ,during the warranty period we offer replacement/repair /refund service for free ,usually we have certain percentage of free spare parts for buyers to finish their after sales service.It is our routine practice to have the returned goods repaired or replaced with new ones with feight on account of both party.
